Open the Momotaro app from your home screen.
On the main timer screen, swipe left or right to select the duration for your focus session. The number represents minutes.

Once you've set your desired time, tap anywhere on the screen to begin the focus session.

Selected the wrong time by mistake? No problem. During the countdown, you can tap and hold the screen at any time to cancel the current session and return to the time selection screen.
