View Your Focus Stats and History

The Stats screen provides a comprehensive overview of your focus habits and progress over time. You can access it from the main timer screen to review your session history, track your consistency, and see the rewards you've unlocked. This is the perfect place to check in on how well you are building your focus habit.

Accessing Your Stats

From the main timer screen, tap the character icon at the bottom center to open the menu. At the top of this screen, select the Stats tab to view your history and metrics.

Weekly View and Achievements

At the top of the Stats screen, you'll find a quick visual summary of your recent activity.

  • This Week: A visual calendar that highlights the days you successfully completed at least one focus session.
  • Achievement: This card displays the most recent reward or theme you have unlocked through your focus efforts. You can tap Share Achievement to share your progress.

Detailed Focus Stats

The Focus Stats section gives you a quantitative breakdown of your session data, allowing you to see your total activity and average performance.

  • Today: The total number of focus sessions completed today.
  • This Week: The total number of sessions completed in the current week.
  • All Time: The cumulative number of all sessions you have ever completed.
  • Average: The average duration of your focus sessions, calculated across all completed sessions.

Consistency Metrics

Below the focus stats, the Consistency panel helps you understand how regularly you are engaging with the app and building your habit.

  • Current Streak: Shows the number of consecutive days you have completed a focus session.
  • Longest Streak: Displays your all-time record for consecutive focus days.
  • This Week: A percentage showing how many days this week you have met your focus goal.
  • This Month: A percentage showing your consistency for the current month.

Tips for Using This Section

Use your Longest Streak as a personal record to beat. Maintaining and growing your Current Streak is a great motivator for building a daily focus practice.
